The site is open for postings and comments on any story in any category. However, in order to write a post you must register and log in. Then, you can write your post put in the category that you want it under, and let the comments come. Once we have some mass of information on the site, our administrators will make sure the site is tagged so that internet searchers will find our site and then the bloggers community will grow.
